Radiant Chiropractic – Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy

At Radiant Chiropractic, we value your time and strive to provide every patient with dedicated, one-on-one care. In order to do so efficiently and fairly, we have established the following cancellation and missed appointment policy:
Scheduling & Time Commitment
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. When you schedule a visit, we set aside time, resources, and space to provide you with the best care possible.
Cancellations
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
How to Cancel:
You may cancel or reschedule by calling or texting (817) 500-9494 or emailing drcameron@radiantchirotx.com.
Please leave a message if outside of business hours.
Missed Appointment Fee
Appointments that are missed or canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a missed appointment fee.
This fee is not covered by any care plans, memberships, or insurance and must be paid before future appointments can be scheduled.
Patients on prepaid or wellness plans may have the missed visit deducted from their remaining visits at the doctor’s discretion.
Late Arrivals
Patients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and may be subject to a missed appointment fee if we are unable to accommodate the visit due to scheduling.
Emergencies
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events happen. We allow for one courtesy reschedule per patient without charge. Additional missed appointments may result in a fee unless due to unavoidable or documented emergencies.
Why This Policy Matters
Missed or late-canceled appointments take time away from other patients who may need care. This policy helps ensure our schedule runs smoothly and allows us to continue providing high-quality, affordable care to all.
