Frequently Asked Questions
We want you to feel informed and comfortable before starting care. Below are some of the most common questions we receive. If you don’t see your question here, feel free to reach out.
Getting Started
-
No. Your first visit is designed to assess what’s going on and guide you toward the right plan. You don’t need to diagnose yourself before coming in.
-
Your first visit includes a one-on-one consultation, focused exam and movement assessment, nervous system scans when appropriate, and a clear explanation of findings and next steps.
-
Your initial visit typically takes longer than follow-up visits so we can take the time to understand your concerns and complete a thorough assessment. Plan for about 30-45 minutes for your first appointment.
CARE & APPOINTMENTS
-
Appointments are recommended to ensure we can provide unrushed, one-on-one care. Same-day availability may be possible depending on the schedule. Best practice is to call us at (817) 500-9494 to check for same-day availability.
-
Care recommendations vary depending on your goals, findings, and how your body responds. After your assessment, we’ll outline options so you can decide what makes sense for you.

Most patients find chiropractic care comfortable. Techniques and approaches are chosen based on your comfort level, preferences, and assessment findings.
