Terms of Service for Radiant Chiropractic

Welcome to Radiant Chiropractic! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (the “Site”) and any services provided by Radiant Chiropractic PLLC (“Radiant Chiropractic,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing the Site or engaging with our clinic for care, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Site, scheduling an appointment, signing any intake or consent forms, or receiving care at Radiant Chiropractic, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. 2. Scope of Services

Radiant Chiropractic provides chiropractic services including, but not limited to:

  • Spinal and extremity adjustments

  • Wellness and lifestyle consultations

  • Postural and nervous system evaluations

  • Functional assessments using CLA Insight technology

  • Supportive therapies as needed

All services are tailored to each patient’s needs following proper consultation, examination, and diagnosis, and are delivered in accordance with the Texas Chiropractic Act, Texas Board of Chiropractic Examiners (TBCE) rules, and National Board of Chiropractic Examiners (NBCE) standards.

Disclaimer: Chiropractic care is not intended to treat or cure medical conditions. All care is provided in the scope of chiropractic practice as defined by the state of Texas and must follow professional judgment and individual clinical findings.

3. Eligibility to Receive Services

Patients must be at least 18 years of age or be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to receive care. Consent for minors must be given by the responsible adult, and appropriate documentation must be completed and signed.

4. Appointments, Cancellations, and No-Shows

Appointments can be made via our online system, by phone, or in person. We kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee as outlined in our posted office policies.

5. Health & Medical Disclaimer

The content of our Site is for educational purposes only and does not substitute for professional medical advice. Chiropractic evaluations and care are only provided after in-person consultation with a licensed chiropractor.

We do not diagnose or treat diseases. Instead, chiropractic care focuses on supporting the function of the neuro-musculoskeletal system and improving the body’s natural ability to regulate and heal. Care is not appropriate for all individuals and is subject to clinical findings and contraindications.

6. Patient Privacy & HIPAA Compliance

We take your privacy seriously. All personal health information (PHI) collected during care is protected and handled in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and state privacy laws.

All patients must review and sign our informed consent to care form prior to receiving treatment. This form explains:

8. Financial Policy

We provide time-of-service, prepaid, and wellness care plan options. Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise arranged in writing. A full financial policy is available in office and must be acknowledged before care begins.

We do not bill insurance directly, but can provide superbills upon request.

9. Professional Licensing & Compliance

Radiant Chiropractic PLLC is licensed under the Texas Board of Chiropractic Examiners. All care is rendered by chiropractors in good standing with the TBCE and trained per the guidelines of the NBCE.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, logos, images, designs, and video—is owned by Radiant Chiropractic and protected under U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute any of this content without express written permission.

11. Acceptable Use of the Site

Users of the Site agree not to:
